Center faculty members are dedicated to releasing all software to the research and clinical communities for free and as open source. We list several of our automated machine-learning software packages below.
Aliro
Aliro was developed by Dr. Moore and his team as an accessible and user-friendly automated machine-learning software package. Users without any training or experience can load a data set, push a button and let the built-in AI do the machine-learning analysis for them through an intuitive user interface.
STREAMLINE
STREAMLINE was developed by Dr. Urbanowicz as an end-to-end automated machine-learning pipeline for predictive modeling. Components include feature selection, modeling and post-processing of results.
TPOT
The Tree-based Pipeline Optimization Tool (TPOT) allows users with machine- learning experience to build an entire analytics pipeline—with feature selectors, feature engineering algorithms and machine-learning algorithms—automatically. This was one of the very first AutoML tools.
